This notice describes the current arenagen.app website. It does not describe data processing inside the Android app, which needs its own privacy information.

ArenaGen is the product; CRLT Studios is the studio brand used by the company for its apps and games. Contact us at [email protected].
What the website processes
The website has no accounts, forms, newsletter, analytics, advertising pixels, social-media embeds, or behavioural advertising. Cloudflare, as hosting and security provider, may process technical connection data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we process your email address and message to respond.
Why we process it
Technical connection data is processed to deliver and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure site. We use messages sent to us to answer enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors or, where relevant, taking steps requested before a contract.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare provides hosting and security services and may process website connection data for those purposes. Email service providers may process messages sent to us. Data may be processed outside the UK or EEA subject to applicable transfer safeguards. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations. Cloudflare’s live configuration and retention settings should be checked when the domain goes live; we will update this notice if they materially affect these disclosures.
